Privacy Policy

I collect as little as I can, I do not sell anything to anyone, and what you tell me in a session or an enquiry stays with me. This page sets out the detail.

Two things, in two different situations:

• When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you selected, and the message you write. This is used solely to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to arrange sessions. It is not added to any marketing list unless you separately choose to subscribe.
• When you work with me as a client: the information you provide in an intake form and in sessions. This is clinical-in-nature personal information and is treated as confidential.

Anything you disclose in a session is confidential. It is not shared with family members, employers, or anyone else. It is not used in my teaching, my writing, or on this website without asking you first and receiving a clear yes. Testimonials on this site were shared voluntarily and with permission, and are published without names other than where the person asked to be named.

There are narrow limits, which I will name in advance rather than bury here: where there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else's, or where disclosure is required by law or a court order, I may need to act on that.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run behavioural tracking or retargeting. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider. If website analytics are added in future, they will be privacy-preserving and this page will be updated to name the tool before it goes live.

A small number of services are involved in running this practice, and each sees only what it needs to:

• The website host, which serves these pages and records standard server access logs.
• The form provider, which passes your enquiry to my email inbox.
• Email, where I read and reply to your message.
• Zoom, where sessions and trainings are held.
• The payment platform, where a transaction takes place. I do not see or store your card details.

Enquiries that do not lead to work together are deleted once the conversation has clearly concluded. Client records are retained for as long as the professional relationship continues, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask and it will be done.

You may ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask me to stop contacting you. Write to me and I will action it, without asking you to justify the request.

This practice works with adults. Sessions are not offered to people under eighteen, and this website is not directed at children.
