• Payment instrument includes credit card, debit card, bank account, prepaid payment instrument, Unified Payment Interface, Immediate Payment Service, or any other method of payment developed, added or deployed by banks and financial institutions from time to time.
• Platform refers to the website or platform where the merchant offers its products or services and where a transaction may be initiated.
• Transaction refers to the order or request placed by the user with the merchant to purchase the products and/or services listed on the platform, by paying the transaction amount to the merchant.
• Transaction amount means the amount paid by the user in connection with a transaction.
• User means any person availing the products and/or services offered on the platform.

You agree that we may collect, store and share the information you provide in order to deliver the products and/or services you avail on our platform, and to contact you in relation to the same.

You agree to provide us with true, complete and up-to-date information about yourself as may be required for the purpose of completing transactions. This includes personal details such as name, email address and phone number, as well as the accurate payment information required for the transaction.

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorised use of the platform, including collecting email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Trick, defraud or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Make improper use of our support services, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the platform or the networks and services connected to it.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Use any information obtained from the platform in order to harass, abuse or harm another person.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up part of the platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's use and enjoyment of the platform.
• Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

The services offered here are therapeutic, educational and coaching services. They do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care, and they are not a substitute for treatment by a qualified medical or mental health professional. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed, and individual experiences described in testimonials are not representative results.

Systemic and constellation work is not a licensed profession. Certificates issued on completion of a practitioner training represent completed training and supervised facilitation skill, and do not constitute a licence to practise.

The user agrees that the only recourse available in the event of a deficiency in service, or a service which does not match the provided description, is to initiate the refund process, which will be subject to the refund terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the merchant and its affiliates, agents and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of any breach of these terms by you.

What you share in a session stays between us. Client material is not used in teaching, writing or marketing without explicit permission, and testimonials published on this site were shared with permission and are published anonymously other than where a person asked to be named.

Where you are invited to leave a review, you should have first-hand experience of the person or service being reviewed. Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content, must not contain false or misleading statements, and must not be organised as a campaign. We may accept, reject or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews do not necessarily represent our views.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of India. You and we agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Any dispute or claim arising out of, in connection with, or relating to these terms, or their breach, termination or invalidity, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force. Within thirty days of the issue of a notice of dispute, the parties shall mutually agree on the appointment of a sole arbitrator. If such agreement is not reached within that period, the parties shall appoint a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be India and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The parties shall keep the arbitration confidential. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

If you have any question or complaint regarding any product or service availed here, or pertaining to a transaction, including double debit of a transaction amount, a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction, or a refund request, please write to me directly using the contact page and I will respond personally.

Upon initiating a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us to purchase the products and/or services, and you shall pay the price as listed through legitimate and legal sources of funds and accepted payment instruments. You shall provide accurate payment details to the secure payment system. Information provided by you may be shared with a third party where required in relation to fraud verification, or by law, regulation or court order. We expressly disclaim liability arising as a consequence of unauthorised use of a user's payment instrument.
